The organization has been founded by two Promoters or Founder Directors who hold 50% share of the company and committed to the vision, mission and objectives of APARAJEETA.

APARAJEETA doesn’t aim to work for any movement in definition of feminism and at the same time strongly works against male chauvinism at corners or family, community and society as whole. It follows the mythological encryption of Ardhanarishwara translating in its practical and applicable form of ideology and actions towards a respectful and progressive journey of human civilization.The organization maintains its definition through structural form and functional norms.

APARAJEETA is directed by a strong Board of Directors as group of expert women from different professions as well as corners of the society who can support, act and regulate different aspects of organization.

A supportive Advisory Board complements actions and philosophy of the organization and it comprises of common man and woman who are connected with APARAJEETA with common philanthropic interests.

APARAJEETA ARMY is one of the important structural aspects of the organization and it is the volunteers’ group of women with emotion and time for Human Development.

Employees and professional team down the line will be most important structural component with competent persons irrespective of cast, religion and gender and shall be decided according to need of specific projects based on followed organogram.

SHREEMATI TATTAWAMOYEE DEBI (1919-2024)

Smt. Tattamoyee Debi born in 2nd decade of last century, was example of an active brain over 100 years and had been a living history of common women of educated middle class Bengali families of rural and urban Bengal. She was also a living encyclopaedia with information from last ten decades from year 1919 (as estimated from family information) till date with unexplainable goodness in thinking, rationalizing, advising and healing capacity for all come in touch of her in her daily actions.
Smt. Tattamoyee Debi was born to Late Shri Hatteswar Nanda who was at a time a priest, a Guru or teacher of ancient living institutions named as ”Tol” and a farmer of his own house farms. Her mother Late Rajeswari Debi was a silent worker with heavenly beauty, incomparable cooking skill and very religious mind. They belonged to renown “Nanda” clan of historical *Bahiri village of undivided Midnapore district.
The little girl Tattamoyee had grown up with seeing students studying under her father staying at teacher’s residence, seeing father maintaining all his responsibilities of famous Shri Jagannath Temple of Bahiri* and growing up own vegetable for his students and family in surrounding area of the residence.
She absorbed in deep details of Puja in vedic way and traditions of rural Bengal, religion in its practice and preaching, got passive learning while father was teaching his students and she learnt all about plants or herbs and its application in daily food just like daily habits for healthy living. In latter part of her life, she acted as a most successful expert on these subjects for her family. Her wisdom created the founding knowledge for project Annapurna’r Bhandar and Manab Pot-The Human Ship.
Shreemati Tattamoyee Debi was married to late Shree Panchanan Shastri (Bhattacharya) who was one of premiere Indian philosopher and professor of both Calcutta and Jadavpur University, with his vital role of reviving Indology section in Asiatic Society, Kolkata and author of many pathfinding research books on segments of Indian philosophy. Tattwamoyee came to Kolkata at her age of 16 years with her husband and as home maker she was an active observer of the socio-political changes and emotions swirling around of city of Kolkata from 1940s till date.
She was a creator of better possibilities in lives of others who had come in touch with her. She had nurtured a large number of kids not only her own children but also children of relatives or from same village families who stayed in her family house for studying in Kolkata in similar status of her own children. Smt. Tattamoyee Debi had taught her grandchildren with anecdotes from past what are unheard history of common man and woman and their contribution in nation building and social changes-which actually acted as working philosophy of this organization.

Shree Satyapada Bhattacharya (1944-2022)

Shree Satyapada Bhattacharya is an eminent scholar In Philosophy, Indology, Sanskrit Literature and Vedic Astrology. He had been teaching in Sanskrit College, Kolkata throughout his life and had been member of many organisations and institute of related Study & Research on Chatur Veda, Vedanta, Upanishada, Puranas and ancient Ayurveda.
Late Shree Bhattacharya was born to Shree Gajendra Narayan and Sreemati Surbarnomoyee Devi inheriting qualities of a traditional ruling family or clan of past centuries spread over remote bordering areas West Bengal and Odisha. He is one of those rare scholars of traditional institutes of Education In India when students were part of family or clan of ShiskhaGuru, Late Shree Bhattacharya in his eventful life and long track of career fought and won many battles of ideology to secure ancient wisdom of India. He had also supported many institutes to build up and spread the message of Humanity and Human Development in multiple ways.
Shree Bhattacharya has enriched the study and research of Vedic Literature, Vedic Astronomy and Astrology as well, Nyay Shastra and ShakhoTattwa by his lifetime teachings and authoring of many books on his subjects. He had been awarded with many titles and honors from several institutions of India for his priceless work on Ancient Wisdom.

Mrs. Sibani Chakraborty being promoter and founder director was appointed as Managing Director also by earlier board. She is working as full time director and driving the organisation according to its vision and mission.

Mr. Debasish Chakraborty

Promoter, Founder

Mr. Debasish Chakraborty is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Finance Consultant with his own firm running in South Kolkata since 1999. He had worked with organizations like big corporate house to small scale private entrepreneurs for internal audit, statutory audit, due diligence, compliance, and finance consultation, quality audits and taxation for years. He had also conducted bank audits and is also into Gram Panchayat and school audits as assigned by appropriate statutory bodies.

Mr. Chakraborty was statutory auditor for some NGOs at beginning days of his firm and from that point of time he had his ideas to work for a cause at certain point of life. And Mr. Debasish Chakraborty had been advisor for fund raising for social initiatives by different institutions.

Mr. Debasish Chakraborty has been Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2003; before that he has also acquired ICWA (Cost & Works Accountant) from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India in 1997.

An expert in the field of Project Management, Human Development Issues, Human Resource Policy Development & Management, Project Appraisals, Policy Analysis and Development for NGOs and Funding Organisations, Human Development Project Design & Development, Feasibility Analysis, Project Structure Plan, Finance-Cost Plan, Formulation of Public Private Partnership Projects (PPP models), Pre-Funding Appraisal, Social Audits, Project Monitoring And Evaluation on behalf of Foreign Funding Agencies and Government Departments and worked under esteemed platforms of Corporates and Industries for Consultancy and Training to national and international Non-Profit forums in leading positions.

Mrs. Sibani Chakraborty had started her career in Human Development under Indian Institute of Bio Social Research & Development (IBRAD) for her preference to work for mainstream development issues than to continue in industries or corporate sector.

Before that she had completed summer project with ICI Ltd. Paints Division-Rishra Works for Effluent Treatment Plant Management (ETP) and water pollution parameters under departmental head of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) ICI. Then she joined a pollution control laboratory and that period gave her immense exposure to shop floors of different type of industries and working with pollution control board in treatment of pollution parameters in industrial waste management. It was immediately after completion of two years post graduation on Environment Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management (IISW & BM), Kolkata.

Graduated with Botany from Scottish Church College, Kolkata, Mrs. Chakraborty joined IISW & BM for higher education in professional definition. Her schooling at Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Sister Nivedita Girls’ School dictated her to working for a cause and something different than just earning a good remuneration.

Mrs. Chakraborty had been known for rendering wide range of training on Participatory Forest Management in 6 states (West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattishgarh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat) under socio-ecological process development through Joint Forest Management Act, along with State Forest Departments and Ministry of Environment and Forest, GOI in collaboration with Ford Foundation. Starting from field level trainer to state level leader, she worked under team of Indian Institute of Bio-Social Research & Development (IBRAD), along with above she worked for Micro-Plan development and implementation through PRA tools in states of Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and West Bengal rigorously. Publication of case studies and action research theories and results was her responsibility at several projects.

Mrs. Sibani Chakraborty had been a trainer and documentation person for Quality Management System (QMS) in process of ISO 9000 series certification for private companies as well as Government wings like Railway workshops on frequent basis as Consultant under CMI Corp Ltd..

She worked for GOPA Epos Consultants Ltd. for year in 2007-08 in capacity of PPM Manager under consortium with Government of West Bengal, GTZ (German Technical Cooperation Agency) and European Commission for Basic Health Project India in section of Planned Preventive Maintenance of Government Health facilities in rural West Bengal.

Working years with Indienhilfe e.V. Herrsching, Germany in team of consultants in India at different positions from 2005 to 2016 (having a gap of one year) makes a defining part of her profile. She started as Project Officer and then leaded the team in capacity of Chief Country Officer- Programme & Administration and Lead Consultant, she was responsible for design and development, monitoring and evaluation, liaison, prefunding appraisal, human resource policy development as well as appraisal and impact analysis of all Indienhilfe supported initiatives in India.

Mrs. Chakraborty leaded Indienhilfe Network against Child Labour (IHNACL) along with partner NGOs and likeminded forums in that tenure. She had designed as well as executed several programmes through with partner NGOs of Indienhilfe. The emergency fund for natural or social calamities or individual crisis under support of Indienhilfe was also her area of responsibility. During her tenure Mrs. Chakraborty was fortunate enough to arrange for several skill development trainings and workshops for project team, accounts-admin team and stakeholders of different development projects as supported by Indienhilfe and also interpreted QMS into NGO functioning on several modules during these Capacity Building trainings.

Mrs. Sibani Chakraborty was Founder Managing Trustee and Settler for a public charitable trust Kolkata Trust for Human Development (KTfHD) along with persons working for similar cause from different professions. She leaded the trust since conception, formulation, legal compliance and project initiation, institutional settlement, team building to promotion in public through annual programme from 2013-2017 till Mrs. Chakraborty decided to take a break from strenuous yet enriching responsibilities for sake of family and she resigned from all positions.

But with unstoppable dreams for meaningful Human Development actions, Mrs. Chakraborty along with her husband Mr. Debasish Chakraborty started this section-8 company APARAJEETA ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN FOR HUMAN with a sea of plans, with very limited own finance resource but with a capital of skill, knowledge and experience of both of them acquired in nearly two decades of their career. They also have well wishers and friends as a group of experts in Advisory Board of the organization and in APARAJEETA ARMY in establishing a new organization and its projects.

Annapurna Bhattacharya

Annapurna Bhattacharya is another pillar of support for the organization for her relentless silent work for the organization. Smt. Bhattacharya has worked in responsible positions in several organizations where she was working with education of marginal children in sub-urban areas of Kolkata, with persons with disability be it an adult or child and also for mental health of critical patients in medical institutions. Smt. Bhattacharya had been strict and dedicated mother to her four children and the sole care giving person for her 102 years old mother as a responsible daughter. Smt. Bhattacharya has joined as Director in the month of March 2023 and works for fund raising and promotion of the project.

Sudipta Bhattacharya

Sudipta Bhattacharya is a dedicated mother of two lovely daughters and a homemaker with a degree of Masters in Economics from Calcutta University. She has worked in the field of child education for marginal communities since her college and university days and often was part of educational camps for street children.
Presently Sudipta is engaged in organising groups of women from marginalized communities in surrounding slum areas.and provides skill building training to them on a regular basis. Sudipta with her very refined and balanced personality is guiding and working for project "Annapurna"r Bhandar" under Aparajeeta Association Of Women for Human.

Amrita Sen

Amrita Sen is a dedicated teacher and administrator as Head Mistress at VaishnoDevi Group of Schools since the last two decades and she is an expert in community organisation, group formation and providing training to children in extracurricular activities and sustainability issues.
Apart from teaching in school, Amrita Sen engages herself in serving underprivileged children by providing them free computer education and after school support in regular subjects. She is often part of organising aid for people in need after natural disasters or social occasions in collaboration with Non-Profit Organisations.
She keeps her profound interest in dance and trained in it, Amrita Sen is a dedicated mother for her daughter and a devoted daughter to her parents and maintains perfect balance in social,professional and family commitments.

Antara RoyChowdhury

Antara is a IT Professional working in top MNCs with the IT Services & Consulting sector. Her job had taken her across the world and helped her grow as a person. Apart from her day job, She is a trained Kathak dancer and a Zumba Instructor. She acted in commercials, short films and feature films. She is a freelance model and done several ramp- walks. Most importantly she is a hands-on mother to a lovely daughter.

It’s been said that being a moth

er take up all their time, but Antara always finds time to give back to the society. She is involved in multiple outreach programs in her organisation. She arranged dance classes for slum kids and successfully choreographed a dance program on-stage with the kids.
She wants to pass on the value to her daughter as well, and that’s why she celebrates her birthday with orphan kids at a home.
She is multi-talented energetic woman, who is always ready to extend her help to the ones who needs it.

Advaita Bhattacharya

Advaita is the youngest member in the Advisory Board of Aparajeeta Association of Women for Human. She is a student under one of academic institutions Ramakrishna Sarada Mission and under training of devotional music and creative dance as well.
She is honoring the advisory board with her sharp analytical mind at a very young age, and voice for children and youth from their own point of views. The organisation wants to provide children a platform to speak up and their problems and suggestions to solve those in particular forums in facilitating social changes from the very beginning starting at family level.
Being a child of a very ancient family of rich Vedic traditions, Advaita carries a lot of ideologies to contribute in better lives of children of marginal communities as target groups under different projects of "Aparajeeta".
