This is a brigade of enthusiastic women, willing to facilitate positive changes in present socio-economical status of marginal communities of India as well as socio-ecological scenario in human living all over the world.
By theoretical definition, it is the wing of volunteers for Aparajeeta Association of Women for Human, the section 8 company working for intensive human development projects leaded by All Women Board of Directors with appropriate expertise. But the organisation is neither a feminist organisation nor promotes for women empowerment only and the projects are designed based on firsthand experience from grass root to highest layer for sustained results by empowering each layer of the society even individual families with different inputs.
Basic Features of the membership of “APARAJEETA” ARMY
- Women from any caste, creed or religion or profession or educational status can be an “APARAJEETA ARMY” if she is with similar philanthropic interests within herself.
- It’s a voluntary role, includes no regular honorarium or fees or salary. If any member of “APARAJEETA ARMY” renders her expertise in training, events, seminars or developing projects and publications then it will be paid as expert fees on appropriation.
- The role includes a membership fee to join after providing necessary information.
The annual membership fee is INR 500.
The Life Membership fee is INR 25,000 - Renewal of Membership: Any member can join at any point of time in FY and it will be considered for 12 months membership from that day onwards.
After 3 months of non-renewal for membership, it will be cancelled but respected as alumni always. The member can also re-join at any point of time again.
Life members are part of founding process for the organisation and will retain membership for lifelong; it gets cancelled only if something happens according to cancellation criteria. They may work towards the mission the long they wish for and will enjoy provisions of honour from organisation’s behalf. - Cancellation Criteria:
In case of demise of the member, it is automatically cancelled as it is not transferable. In case of registered criminal or civil offence, it also gets cancelled automatically. In case of repeated report of discrepancies the person relates with and also for acts contradictory to the objectives of the organisation. the membership may get cancelled under discretion of Advisory Board.
In case of unauthorised public speaking or sharing organisational documents in public will also lead to cancellation of membership as per board resolutions. - On joining as APARAJEETA ARMY the person will get a letter of appreciation and a membership badge from office of Aparajeeta Association of Women for Human.
- Name and profile (as provided by the person) will be shared in official website of the organistion.
- Members of “APARAJEETA” ARMY will be shared with annual report and statutory audit report of the organisation. And will be updated about the changes in Board of Directors and Advisory Board.
- All the members will be invited for annual meet, fund raising concerts/cultural programme/Heritage events and for conference/workshop/training/seminars in appropriate cases.
- Role of “APARAJEETA ARMY”:
- 10.a Will act for promoting the philosophy of organisation in their professional and personal peer groups
- 10. b Will raise fund from like -minded people by sharing of project concepts and facts on the organisation.
- 10.c Will facilitate collection and distribution of used items (clothing, books & toys, shoes and bags, bed materials ) from well of section of people for the people under difficult living circumstances at remote areas of the state through project event “Bine Paysar Bazaar”.
- 10.d May act as sponsor or mentor for the students under “Ichha” Scholarship.
- 10.e APARAJEETA ARMY members may opt for no active role but remaining as well wisher and change agents for society in own peer group.
- Any member from APARAJEETA ARMY may be selected for Advisory Board and even for Board of Directors as per her contribution to the organisation.( for latter strict legal conditions apply)
- APARAJEETA AEMY is integral part of the organisation beyond legal frame but honoured as most crucial node for the organisation.
