Mr. Debasish Chakraborty is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Finance Consultant with his own
firm running in South Kolkata since 1999. He had worked with organizations like big corporate
house to small scale private entrepreneurs for internal audit, statutory audit, due diligence,
compliance, and finance consultation, quality audits and taxation for years. He had also
conducted bank audits and is also into Gram Panchayat and school audits as assigned by
appropriate statutory bodies.

Mr. Chakraborty was statutory auditor for some NGOs at beginning days of his firm and from
that point of time he had his ideas to work for a cause at certain point of life. And Mr. Debasish
Chakraborty had been advisor for fund raising for social initiatives by different institutions.

Mr. Debasish Chakraborty has been Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India since 2003; before that he has also acquired ICWA (Cost & Works Accountant) from
Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India in 1997.

Indus Tower, Whitelight Moving Pictures Pvt.Ltd., Shalimar Chemicals Work Pvt. Ltd., Envirotech East, Networks Exports Pvt.Ltd., RajPratim Group, Calcutta Medical Research Institute etc. are
few prominent names among clients of Debasish & Co.

Debasish Chakraborty had rendered expertise for compliance to statutory standards and
Institution building. Mr. Chakraborty firmly believes in effectiveness of Indian Laws even in non-
profit sector if accurately followed by organisations and monitored by administration.

Mr. Debasish Chakraborty being graduated with commerce from South City College opted for
higher professional degrees. His growing up with values and hard work under guidance of his
parents and a group of dedicated teachers turned him into a silent hard worker and strict
disciplinarian for any organization either for his own firm or client organization. His firm
