Family Welfare Centre
This project is connected to the target communities of other projects of Aparajeeta Association of Women for Human.
It may get operated in the areas where producer groups for Project “Annapurna’r Bhandar” are in concentration Or same for families of students supported under Project Ichha . The families of inmates for residential centre under Project of Sarbani’r School” may also come under the services rendered by these centres close to them. These are community premises or premises belonging to either community based organizations like youth clubs and will operate day or weekly
basis on certain timings in aspects of education, health, nutrition and rights or security in collaboration with respective Government departments of the area. Tuition Support Centres, Adult Learning and Media Hours, Vaccination and Health Services Promotions and Advocacy on Rights and better Living Components for marginal sections are planned actions under this project.
First centre under this project will start functioning in marginal urban settlements of Kolkata in near future.
